Traffic/Civil Complaints:

A charge of failure to yield from a stop sign against Bruce Jackson, 19, of Vail, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no proof of insurance against Manuel Gorsaric, 49, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of driving on a suspended license against Armando Roman, 30, of Nogales, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of driving on a suspended license against Miguel Pomales, 42, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no current Arizona registration against Charles Field, 73, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no insurance against Monica Carrillo, 38, of Amado, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no proof of insurance against John Evans, 43, of Marana, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Charges of Domestic Violence/Criminal Trespass and DV/Disorderly conduct/disruptive behavior against Jason Bennett, 31, of Sahuarita, were dismissed on a factual basis.

Charges of threats and intimidation and reckless driving against Leslie Dickerson, 49, of Vail, were dismissed on a factual basis.

Charges of failing to provide proof of financial responsibility, failure to obtain current registration, no rear license plate and obstructed windshield against Gary Muckleroy, 53, of Arivaca, were dismissed on a factual basis.

Christine Startt, 46, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined time served.

Mauro Triana, 30, of Arivaca, pleaded responsible for failing to use child restraints and was fined $139.

John Antol, 67, of Phoenix, pleaded responsible for over tandem by 9,600 lbs. and was fined $2,626.

Richard Jenkins, 46, of Arivaca, pleaded responsible for no registration in possession, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility and obstructed (cracked) windshield and was fined $85, $114 and $125 respectively.

John Chisholm Sr., 54, of Nebraska City, Neb., pleaded responsible for no valid driver’s license in possession and was fined $165.

Francisco Torres Jr., 19, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for no proof of insurance and was fined $114.

Jorge Camarillo, 23, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for no insurance and was fined $114.

Jason Grace, 20, of Vail, pleaded responsible for expired registration and was fined $85.

Adam Wiggins, 29, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no current Arizona registration and was fined $114.

Aaron Head, 29, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for no current registration and was fined $85.

Steven Russo, 53, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Yesica Islas, 33, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Jesse Hale, 41, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Rafael Navarro-Armenta, 22, of Hermosillo, Mexico, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Theodore Seitz, 76, of Arivaca, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Inez Peters, 71, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Lidia Bernal, 37, of Amado, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $175.

Delma Cardenas, 49, of Hermosillo, Mexico, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Barbara Clark, 75, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Patrick Beck, 43, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $157.

Armando Roman, 30, of Rio Rico, was found responsible by default for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and was fined $496. His license has been suspended.

Leonardo Frausto, 31, of Tucson, was found responsible by default for no proof of insurance, no registration in possession and no license in possession and was fined $910, $107 and $107 respectively. His license has been suspended.

Jose Porras, 45, of Tucson , failed to appear and was found responsible by civil traffic default for driving on a suspended license.

Warrants:

Leonardo Frausto, 31, of Tucson, failed to appear and was found responsible by civil traffic default for no license, and no license plate light and was fined $116 and $111 respectively. A warrant has been ordered.

Michael Figueroa, 22, of Sahuarita, failed to appear on charges of marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession. A warrant has been ordered.

Nicholas Floyd, 20, of Green Valley, failed to appear on a charge of unlawful possession of marijuana. A warrant has been ordered.

Rhonda Macomber, 44, of Bakersfield, Calif., failed to appear on November charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. A warrant has been ordered.

Celso Hernandez-Portillo, 45, of Phoenix, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Roberto Rodriguez Jr., 29, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Samuel Rodriguez, 26, of Tucson, failed to appear on charges of driving on a suspended license, speeding and no insurance. A warrant has been ordered.

Irma Arias, 26, of Tucson, failed to appear on charges of driving on a suspended license and speeding. A warrant has been ordered.

Jennifer Medina, 24, of Tucson, failed to appear on charges of driving on a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia. A warrant has been ordered.
