Case activity in the Pima County Justice Court, Precinct 7, for the week ending 12.14.07:

Traffic/Civil Complaints:

A charge of driving on a suspended license against Eric Taylor, 30, of Tucson, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of false reporting to law enforcement against Gonzalo Rodriguez-Rodriguez, 40, of Sahuarita, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Martiza Perpuly, 40, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no license plate light, no current registration and no proof of insurance and was fined $111, $105 and $105 respectively.

Miguel Salazar, 36, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for expired registration and was fined $114.


Margarita Sevilla, 39, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for operating a vehicle on a suspended registration and was fined $85.

Michail Finkelstein, 46, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for failing to yield from a stop sign and was fined $135.

Maria Coronado, 42, city unknown, pleaded responsible for no insurance and was fined $114.

Guillermo Coronado, 55, of Wickenburg, pleaded responsible for no insurance and was fined $114.

Kiroloss Francis, 22, of Augusta, Ga., pleaded responsible for wasting finite resources and was fined $37.

Sandra Tower, 60, of Elgin, pleaded responsible for wasting finite resources and was fined $37.

Juan Martinez, 50, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and no seat belt and was fined $55 and $29 respectively.

Christopher Redford, 26, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Steven Auslander, 48, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $328.

Jennifer Nash, 36, of Vail, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $125.

Dionne Kratz, 42, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $161.

Linda Langley, 62, of Silsbee, Texas, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Shannon Lenaker, 54, of Oro Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $323.

Iona Freeburg, 83, of Corona de Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

James Nasser, 20, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Marikay McGarry, 44, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $125.

Melvin Reece, 67, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $125.

Michael Alirez, 26, of Phoenix, was found responsible by default for speeding and was fined $125. His license has been suspended.

Warrants:

Lee Wyckoff, age uncertain, of Green Valley, failed to appear on two counts of Domestic Violence/Disorderly Conduct and one count of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. A warrant has been ordered.

Lee Roy Wyckoff, 43, of Sahuarita, failed to appear on two counts of Domestic Violence/Disorderly Conduct. A warrant has been ordered.

Fernando Vilchiys, 38, of Phoenix, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Victor Mendez, 23, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Ruben Ramirez, 41, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Christopher Ring, 37, of Sahuarita, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Ignaao Hernandez Jr., 21, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license and failing to produce evidence of financial responsibility. A warrant has been ordered.

Juan Yescas, 37, of Tucson, failed to appear. An FTA (Failure to Appear) warrant and complaint has been ordered for contempt of court.
