This program sends wreaths from Maine to 230 national and state veterans cemeteries and monuments throughout the nation. Dec. 15 will be the 16th anniversary of the original program of donated Maine wreaths being placed on graves at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia. The program was expanded last year.
