Revival: Amado Baptist Church is presenting Revival Services — Arizona Style. Evangelist Pastor Ron Hart of the 1st Southern Baptist Church Tucson will conduct three services on Sunday Oct. 28., at 8:45 a.m., 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Also Monday, Oct. 29 through Wednesday, Oct. 31, at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is cordially invited. There will be a free-will offering for the Evangelist. The church is 2991 W. Frontage Road, Amado, one block south of the Cow Palace. Call 520-398-8017 for information.

Meditation: Green Valley Meditation Group meets on Sunday, Nov. 4, at 10:30 a.m. at Casa de Esperanza’s Community Center near La Posada. Darrell Hicks will focus on the healing power of breath and intention, bridging the heart and mind, creating a powerful space for inner healing, For information, call Linda Papworth, coordinator, 648-0429.

Lasagna: Green Valley Italian-Catholic Federation Branch 425 invites the public to its Fall Lasagna Drive-Through Takeout Dinner on Saturday, Nov. 10. Dinner tickets at $8 are available at the office of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 505 N. La Canada Drive, Monday thru Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.; and Friday 8:30 a.m. to noon. Dinner includes lasagna with two meatballs, salad, roll and homemade cookies. They will be available for pickup between 4 and 6 p.m. Follow the signs.

Holiday fair: The 26th annual Nordic Guild Holiday Fair will be held on Saturday, Dec. 1, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Streams in the Desert Lutheran Church, 5360 E. Pima, Tucson. Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Finnish organizations and individual vendors will offer foods, baked goods and crafts. Folk dancers and musicians will entertain. Open to the public at no charge.
