Omar Rodriguez, 22, of Amado, was found responsible by default for no seat belt and was fined $28. His license has been suspended. Jesse Andrew Dominguez, 22, of Nogales, was found responsible by default for driving across the highway divider and was fined $135. His license has been suspended.
