Juan Felix Cardenas, 28, of Mexico, pleaded responsible for failure to obtain current Arizona registration and failure to produce evidence of financial responsibility and was fined $72 and $105.

Tomas Martinez, 46, of Mexico, pleaded responsible for no license plate light and no insurance and was fined $111 and $105.

Felicia Cardenas, 33, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $154.

David Figueroa, 19, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for having excessive window tint and was fined $111.

Thomas Palomares, 26, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for expired registration and no valid driver’s license and was fined $72 and $455.

Omar Rodriguez, 22, of Amado, was found responsible by default for no seat belt and was fined $28. His license has been suspended.

Jesse Andrew Dominguez, 22, of Nogales, was found responsible by default for driving across the highway divider and was fined $135. His license has been suspended.

Ramon Astorga, 32, of Rio Rico, was found responsible by default for having improper stop lights and vehicle signal lamps that don’t work and was fined $111 and $111. His license has been suspended.

Harold Alden Cunningham, 39, of Sahuarita, was found responsible by default for operating his vehicle with suspended registration and no proof of insurance and was fined $496 and $910. His license has been suspended.

Richard Barnett, 38, of Tucson, was found responsible by default for wasting finite resources and was fined $37. His license has been suspended.
