Citizens Water Action Coalition meets on Friday, April 20, at 2:30 p.m. at the Joyner-Green Valley Library. Peggy Bonthron will speak on her experiences for 12.5 years at the Santa Anna, Calif., Shed Authority, where she was a commissioner and an assistant manager.
