March 21
The Titans Cribbage Club will host games tonight, March 21, at 6:30 p.m. at the Casa Community Center near La Posada, 780 S. Park Centre. Anyone interested in playing cribbage is welcome. March 22
Valle Verde Rotary Club meets on Thursday, March 22, at 7 a.m. at Green Valley Community Church. The Sojourners will be taking over the meeting with Lynn Skelton speaking on the town of Sahuarita, past and present. Please bring food/fund donations for the Amado Food Bank. Peerless Pawn Pushers will play chess on Friday, March 23, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Villas East rec hall, 508-A S. Paseo Cerro. Players of all skill levels are welcome and you do not have to belong to GVR. For information, call Fred Stine, 207-5656, or Bob Vint, 648-0157.

Green Valley Republican Women’s Club will have its annual bruncheon on Friday, March 23, at Friends in Deed, 301 W. Camino Casa Verde. Social at 9 a.m., business meeting at 9:30 a.m., program at 19. Teapot Club of Green Valley meets on Sunday, March 25, at 2 p.m. at La Posada’s rec room. This group welcomes all ladies from the British Isles, or any part of the Commonwealth who enjoy meeting on the last Sunday of each month during the winter season for socialization, sharing our backgrounds and the usual pot of tea. Wisconsin Retired Educators Association, Green Valley Chapter, will have a breakfast meeting on Monday, March 26, at 8:30 a.m. at the Coyote Grill at San Ignacio Golf Club. March 27
Busy Beaders meets on Tuesday, March 27, at 9:30 a.m. at the Chamber of Commerce annex, 270 W. Continental Road. Ann Seese will be the leader for a spiral necklace project. Materials needed are 600 beads, 50 that can be seed, hex, cube or triangular, and 160 beads in size 9, 10, or 11. An additional 80 beads about size 8 and another 160 beads about size 6 also needed. Each group should be a different color, but all should go well together. For information, call Ann Seese, 682-7879.

March 28
Ostomy Support Group will meet on Wednesday, March 28, at 1 p.m. at Friends in Deed, 301 W. Camino Casa Verde. Ann Durnal, ETRN will give a power-point presentation, “Stoma and Peri-stomal Complications,” and will answer questions. For information, call Jean Rubin, 648-1225, or John Walker, 393-7210.

American Business Women’s Association, Valle Verde Chapter, will meet on Wednesday, March 28, at the Country Club of Green Valley. Networking at 5 p.m., dinner at 6 p.m., followed by program and business meeting. Overeaters Anonymous of Green Valley meets every Tuesday, 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.; every Wednesday, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.; every Saturday, 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., at St. Francis-in-the-Valley Episcopal Church, 600 S. La Canada Drive. This is a fellowship of individuals who, through shared experience, strength and hope, are recovering from compulsive eating. There are no dues for membership.
