NewsFrom The Associated Press Prince Charles suggested Tuesday on a visit to the United Arab Emirates that banning McDonald’s fast food was crucial for improving people’s diets, a British news agency reported. Charles made the comments while visiting the Imperial College London Diabetes Center in Abu Dhabi for the launch of a public health campaign, A McDonald’s spokeswoman called the remark disappointing. The United Arab Emirates has the world’s second highest number of diabetes cases per capita. A lawyer for James Brown’s partner Tomi Ray Hyne says an agreement has been reached over obtaining DNA samples from the late soul singer’s body to help sort out several paternity claims made against the singer since he died two months ago. British pianist Joyce Hatto, hailed after her death as a neglected genius, owed her reputation to performances stolen from other artists, her husband has admitted, saying he was desperate to have her life end "on a high note." William Barrington-Coupe said he produced the fraudelent recordings without his wife's knowledge while she was dying last year at age 77 of ovarian cancer. Hatto ceased to play in public in 1975, achieving only a modest reputation and collecting mixed reviews. But after she died, obituaries hailed her as a keyboard prodigy.
