Jean Nancy Medley

Jean was born in Los Angeles, Calif. June 27,1937, and died March 3, 2005. She is survived by her children Robert Raymond Hodge, Renice Ann Huitt, and Randal Preston Hodge, and brother Robert Preston.

Jean was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She was a wonderful lady with a kind loving soul who will be missed by all. A 16-year resident of Green Valley, her passions included gardening, sewing and caring for all her feathered friends.

She enjoyed sharing a cup of coffee on the patio with close friends or spending the quiet morning hours doing a crossword puzzle.

There will be a public viewing Friday, March 11, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday, March 12, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the South Lawn Funeral Home in Tucson. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., followed by a memorial with family and friends at her home in Green Valley.
