Esperanza Estates Homeowners board will meet on Monday, Sept. 30, at 1 p.m. at Bank of America, 410 Continental Road. For information, call Sheila Bennen, 399-0501.

La Canoa Lions Club will meet on Tuesday, Sept. 21, at 7 a.m. at La Posada's Madera Room. Pete Gashia will speak on "White Canes." For information, call Howard Kearns, 393-1040.

Green Valley Coin and Stamp Club will meet on Tuesday, Sept. 21, at 1:30 p.m. at Bank of America on Continental Road. There will be a 'show and tell' with members presenting interesting information. Anyone interested in trading or selling coins or stamps or desirous of obtaining information about disposing of their collections, are asked to come at 12:30 p.m.

Rotary Club of Green valley will meet on Tuesday, Sept. 21, at noon at Canoa Hills Center. Dean Marjorie Isenberg of the University of Arizona Medical Center will speak on "The Current Nursing Shortage in the United States." For information, call Dr. Thomas Bunting, 625-8523.

Green Valley Forum will meet on Wednesday, Sept. 22, at 10 a.m. at East Center. Dr. Chuck Lobeck, emeritus professor of medicine, University of Wisconsin, will discuss the image of children as seen in art through history, and the effect of this image on society's treatment of children.
