TUCSON--Oasis is looking to make the grass on the other side of the school year a little greener.
This non-profit organization is recruiting new participants for its Intergenerational Tutoring Program for this school year.
No teaching experience is required; training, supplies and placement are provided.
Oasis has 500 tutors working in 82 elementary schools in Pima and Pinal counties.

Participants must become members of Oasis, and membership is free.
An informational coffee session is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 23, at Oasis, on the third floor of Robinsons -May at the El Con Mall.
